Insurance & Fees

We offer assistance with verification of benefits, determination of co-pays, and claims submission.

We accept numerous insurances and super billing is available for out-of-network claims.

For those with no insurance coverage or opting out of using insurance, we have affordable cash rates and a sliding scale option upon request.
